adding new liveries

Featured Replies

Hi there, I am a newcomer to changing aircraft liveries and have downloaded the easyjet livery. I ran the programme and it come up about now editing the config file. Can anyone kindly explain in simpletons language what to do, as I would love to fly in these colours.Ps, I think this add on is the greatest I have seen, thanks to all involved.

That's an easy one...But first: Please read the forum guidelines and sign your posts with your real name.O.K., here we go: In the FS9 aircraftPMDG737-700 folder you'll find a file U2_add_to_aircraft_config.txt.Copy all the lines below "CUT/PASTE FROM BELOW THIS LINE" (that's three '[fltsim.x]' sections) into the clipboard.Open the aircraft.cfg file in the aircraft folder with NOTEPAD.Paste the new lines after the last '[fltsim.x]' section and change all the 'x' to the next free numbers.Let's say the last fltsim section in the aircraft.cfg was fltsim.3The the three new entries would be fltsim.4, fltsim.5 and fltsim.6.Hope that helps.GreetingsThomas
