Hi All,I was on a longish five hour flight today requiring the use of center tank fuel. As we all know when the tank runs dry, the engines flame out regardless of what fuel is in the centre tank.I can confirm I have NEVER managed to overcome this problem except by turning off the center tank fuel pumps before they read zero (usually about 10-20 kg works fine)Whilst the flight was going on in the backround though, i was so engrossed with surfing the net in another window that I didn't notice the centre tank running dry. I'd travelled about 300 miles whilst surfing an the engines stayed on. I got the correct master caution indications too. I know SU2 is due out and that the problem is fixed but just thought i'd let you know.
