December 4, 200322 yr OK guys, here's a new one....I recently built a new computer specifically for FS2004, complete with an ATI Radeon 9600 video card. I loaded FS2004 and, following the instructions provided by Paul Gollnick of PMDG, I loaded the PMDG 737 along with the appropriate upgrade files. Everything is working fine with one exception... The last letter on the far right FMA annunciator is truncated, along with the last letter of the A/P annuciator!! For example... - "VNAV PTH" appears on the PFD as "VNAV PT"- "VNAV SPD" appears as "VNAV SP"- "ALT HOLD" appears as "ALT HOL"- When the A/P is engaged, "CMD" appears as "CM" on the PFD.Any ideas on what is going on?? Other than this little glitch, everything else seems OK. I did note however, that the aircraft seemed a little smoother on the ILS in FS2002. In FS2004, the nose tends to pitch up and down a bit until the plane settles on the programmed airspeed. Thanks!!Flightsim Phil
December 4, 200322 yr It is fixed in SU2 beta. It was due to the use of missing fonts, and the substituted fonts were too wide. I think it was initially missed because the fonts are installed with MS Office, which the developers and most testers have installed.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
