Hi,I've been trying to download SU2 for a couple of hours now using DAP. The problem I'm having is it keeps asking me for authentication (which I supplied in the form of order id & password) and after numerous retries DAP disappears and I just get an empty ZIP file on my desktop.Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know how long i should wait before trying to re-send the authentication again?Any help with this would be great as it's now almost 10am here and this is starting to become an obsession! ;-)Cheers,Shane

I can't even get the page with the download link to load anymore - think I might have locked out my account I've retried so many times now!If anyone from PMDG is still online, how do we know if we've been locked out? Not much point in me sittin here hitting refresh for another 5 hours if that's the case ;(Shane
