I have had success sometimes when i get to the page where i can click to download. Yet when I click, my download accelerator comes up, I hit save and it tries 5 times then times out. Is this my fault or should i keep trying. Am I doing something wrong? ThanksBrad ZImmer

It's not your fault Brad, it's the servers, they are overloaded because of the volume of people trying to download it.
