There's alot that seem frustrated at not being able to connect to the download server, I wish I could get that far !!!I've had no email even tho my addy has not changed since purchase, I feel like I'm not at the party, even if the metaphoric drinks might not be flowing for everybody yet :-)I did send an email to [email protected] about 8 hours ago. Have not received my E-Mail yet either , Paul.I tried to let PMDG know with their Link to Update and it was kicked back.I know they have their hands full right now though, and I have no problem waiting till they can take care of me.PMDG is the best in support!They have discussed filters of E-Mail SPAM being a possible problem or change of address since first purchase.All of which does not pertain to me.Will be patient.Later,MARK H
