Error 403.6 !!!

I just got in about 4 times and everytime it would time out....so I went back to my link on the e-mail and tried again...until now!!I have received my mail last night...now does that mean I have to wait maybe a week before you unlock my IP??I can't believe this...even using that download accelerator didn't get me through downloading....only put a bunch of spyware crap on my system!!!I never moan...but this time it's pretty frustrating!I have paid my 40$ back in July...waited for all the release updateds without ever commenting...but now it really is getting ridiculous.Regards,Bjorn
