How do you get the Fouga Magister steering??

Featured Replies

Hi all,Does anyone know how to steer the Fouga Magister on the ground. Any help would be greatly appreciated!James

Hi,The Fouga has no steering as such. Steering is accomplished by differential braking only. i.e. if you want to turn left use the left brake only.Hope this helps.

F11 for Left, F12 for Right. The nose wheel is just an oversized, retractable castor.

With Fouga package come pretty good information, after installation you can find them in your FS2002/aircraft/Fouga Finn/ folder. there is readme.txt for some notes and detailed information in readme.html. I advice you to read them so you could take more fun with Fouga.

Thanks for your responses. I'm assuming that the differential braking will be a little erratic as it isn't analog. Can I adjust the aircraft.cfg file to enable nosewheel steering, as I prefer that over the differential braking method as I can't accurately control differential braking. I'd take that option even if it isn't completely authentic.Again, thanks for your help!James
