After installing DAP and hitting the link for download I get a box that wants my username and password. What am I supposed to use as username? My e-mail address/name/the code PMDG gave me????????????This is starting to #### me off. I have been at it since yesterday afternoon (Australian time) and finally get this box and guess what? I don't know what to use as a username. I am close to giving up.Excellent product even if my blood pressure is starting to rise.:-fume
