Inputing pseudo waypoint question

Recommended Posts

Hi PMDG,I was speaking to my friend who is a Captain on the NG's. This is the scenario we were discussing:I was in cruise on Radial 271 inbound to MMV VOR/DME. I wanted to be at 10,000' at 30 DME so I put MMV271/30 into the FMC to get MMV01 waypoint. He said that since you are already on the radial just type MMV/-30. I tried but it said Not in Database. I am assuming this format is not acceptable, although possible in the real a/c.Any comments Anthony?Cheers,Dinshaw.
