Need help creating approach

Hello all,I am currently working on a sidstar file for Kelowna, BC (CYLW). Kelowna has a non-precision RNAV approach with high minimums (2100' AGL). I need to know if there is a better way of writing this. Please look at the attached the plate, and the text below.APPROACH RNAV.A FIX BOLDI FIX ELSEN 4100 RNW 33 HOLD AT NAVAID LW LEFT TURN INBOUNDCOURSE 328 ALT 5600 SPEED 175 LEGTIME 1 TRANSITION GRASE FIX GRASE FIX DAMUT 6000 SPEED 170I am not sure if this is the correct way to write a non-precision approach. It flies well, but prior to the FAF (ELSEN)I get an FMC warning, "STEEP DESCENT AFTER ELSEN". However, because of the high minimums, there is no steep descent. After you cross ELSEN, you only descend a mere 500' and you are at the MDA minimums. Beyond this minimum altitude, you would visually circle down to the runway. One more question. When the aircraft reaches the MAP (RNW 33) I hit the TOGA button but the autopilot disconnects. In order to carry out the missed approach, I have to reselect the CMD A, hit LNAV, and set the MCP altitude to that of the missed approach. What is the proper method of conducting a missed approach from a non-precision approach such as this one?Once I get this resolved, I will release CYLW to www.navdata.at.Roger Precious
