Fuel loading!

Hi,I've read somewhere that in an airliner, when a low amount of fuel is required for a flight, they load the wings tanks first.This is for structural reason.Maybe an expert will answer the question with more precisionTake notice of the fuel quantity in the picts are in kgsregardsRapha
