Hi everyone, When I try to download I click the link the download starts. However, after a varying amount of time 10-30 seconds the download freezes. I am not able to resume, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?Thanks for any helpAkke

I would suggest trying to use a program like DAP or GetRight. These programs may be able to help you retrieve your file. If you continue to have these problems, I would suggest writing to [email protected] for help.
