I purchased FS Build and dowloaded ok. I started the install and it askes for the serial No. I tried the Reg. Key but it says "wrong ser. no.Any of you guy's use FS Build?AFAIK you cant get the ser. no. until a program is installed and then from the about menu under help. I looked all over the place, cant see a ser. no.I emailed support but havn't heard from them.Thanks for any feedback.regards

Paul.I sent Ernie an email and he got back to me right away. Good service!!! It turns out the product key is the ser. no. and he included it in the return email. I copied & pasted the key and it installed instantly. It's one hell of a flight planner. Very flexible and you can export right into PMDG 737-NG. I like it!Regards
