February 24, 200422 yr Hi Guys,I have a couple questions. Has the panel light issue been solved where at times it will cause a few gauges not to appear until you switch the light off? I couldn't find a solid answer by searching. The second question:Yesterday I was going through my checklists, and by mistake clicked on the fire extiguisher switch for engine #1. I then set it back to normal position, and continued with the checklists. When I went to start engine #1, it wouldn't kick over. It just keep cycling over and over. I then realized what I had done, and couldn't find a way to reset it without re-loading the flight again. Is there a way to reset the fire system without having to reload the flight? Thanks in advance,John

The engine should start normally.I've tried this twice now.
