Wings, VC and other textures wont load....

I've never had a problem with these kinds of things before, but after downloading some liverys, my wing textures arent loading. The VC also doesnt come in fully. The gadges to, but not the firewall. Also, an odd thing happens with a couple liverys. The become see through in some places when the lights are on. As you can see in the picture, the airport terminal can be seen through the butt of the bird.
