I bought the 737 last night and was not able to download the plane with the link I was provided on the e-mail, I have written to [email protected] with no response yet from them, is there anyone who could give a hand with this, it is very sad to pay $40 for a product and not be able to download right away..........

The first thing you need to do is read the forum rules, one of which states that your expected to sighn with your real name!I think I read somewher that PMDG only supports a certain download eccelerator etc. Beyond that you need to be a bit more specific as to your system, browser,settings etc.What kind of connection, dialup, braodband, etc.?Regards
