May 5, 200422 yr Hi PMDG,I am gettng problems with loading up new paint schemes on my default aircraft. I have set my default a/c to be a KLM 737-800 at EGLL, and I have customised the throttle window size and positions of the FMC and radio.I have no problems at all with this default setup, however if I select another 737-800 paint livery I lose all my custom settings.I havent noticed anyone else with this problem, so am I overlooking something?Mant thanks in advance.mcbootus at EGLL, waiting for the 5am Hong Kong flight
May 5, 200422 yr Your settings will only apply to the one aircraft. I believe this is because FS treats different paints as different aircraft, not just a different paint. Does anyone else know if something can be done to keep this set?? :)Geoffrey BaleanCanberra, AU (YSCB)http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/800driver.jpg"Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday. May 7, 200422 yr Dear Guys,Are we the only people with this problem? Basically I can only keep my custom panel sizes/positions with my default aircraft, 737-800 KLM old. When I change a paint to say 737-800 SAS (without touching the aircraft type) I lose my custom panel sizes/postions, ie my smaller throttle quadrant, my FMC placed top right and especially my enlarged radio panel, back to squint mode!Somewhow, even on a paint change, all my custom settings are lost.Is there anyway I can fix these custom panel positions permanently for all paints ?Many thanks in advance.....best sim Ive seen since Cranebank!mcbootus
