Cockpit display disappears after a reset.

I noticed this happening number of time. When I reset the flight from a crash, the display of the cockpit disappears. I can toggle through screens and when it comes to the cockpit page, I can see the full view without the cockpit displaying. I have to end the flight and restart FS9 to get it back.Gihan
