After all, a compliment to PMDG

Featured Replies

Hi all,I've been following this board for quite a while and also tried out the PMDG 737 (from 600 to 900).As an old 767PIC fan (if not to say FANATIC) I was very disappointed about most of the outcomes of airliners the last years. Wether the Dreamfleet 737 nore the PSS Airbuses (and so on) satisfied my search for a well modeled airliner(-cockpit). One have to remember that the 767PIC is nearly 4 years old now. She was and still IS state of the art (regarding simulation!!! not pretty opening doors and smoking wheels on touch down). After this plane moves into my computer, it was for sure not easy for successors. Many little things in nearly every new airliner peeved me because of the ignorance in programming these little but basic features the same wrong way, Microsoft did before (or just using the crappy MS code). Now the PMDG 737 is out and I tested her serveral hours in my "home-cockpit". And I have to say: THIS IS THE FIRST WORTHY FOLLOWER OF 767PIC!I hope no one will answer this thread with "...uhhh you can't compare a 737 with a 767 or A320 or...". I think most of you know what I mean. It's about precise modeling of the real thing. And in that matter you can compare every plane in FS with each other. So let me conclude these useless words with:GOOD JOB!WELL DONE!MY DEEP RESPECT!GO AHEAD!Best regards,Roger
