May 16, 200422 yr This happened to me last night on a 600 mile flight at about mile 400. All of a sudden, both engines flamed out! I check everything- plenty of gas, etc. One thing I forget to do was turn on the center tank pumps. Both the wing tanks had gas and the pumps were on, so I wasn't sure if that was the problem. Turned off the cutoffs, turned on the APU, set the bleed, and flipped the start switches to FLT, and they started back up, and I was able to finish the flight. Any ideas on why my tired self might have done wrong, or is there another issue?
