PMDG & FS9 crash to desktop

Featured Replies

I've installed evrything, did all windows update, install fs2004 and PMDG, I use the 800 series, but after T/O depend 5 to 10 min max, the sim shut down and return the windows desktop,....I did the format to try to solve the problem,....but without positive result!Andy

I have the exact same problems!I was sick of my Flight Simulator crashing all the time, so I uninstalled it and installed it again, with only the add-ons I really needed. It worked perfectly until I installed PMDG B737NG pack 2 (-800/-900). As I can rememer, the crashing started after I installed pack 2 before the uninstallation as well. This is very irritating, cause it's not just crashing when I'm flying the PMDG. A sign of this is that FS crashes every time I try to quit.My system:Dell Dimension 8200Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz512mb RDRAMGeforce 4 Ti4600 128mbSoundblaster Live!FS2004PMDG 737NG Pack 1 version 1.3PMDG 737NG Pack 2 version 1Is this to be fixed in the update? Is there any way to fix this until it's fixed (remove a module or something)?Regards,Daniel Mattsson

I did a new installation again,...but the sim ONLY when I loading the PMDG after a while is returning to desktop, closing automatically FS,........!!!Andy
