July 7, 200223 yr So here's the story. This morning, all is well. I fly from KPDX to KSEA, no problems. At KSEA, I log my time, shut down FS, and install FSNav 4.51 to test drive. I restart FS and use FSNav to plot a course from KPDX to PHNL and choose to have FSNav handle the autopilot for me... or so I thought. After between 1 to 5 minutes, my gauges disappear. The panel is still there, but the displays of all electronic gauges are gone. If I restart FS, or change aircraft, the gauges display again, for a short time, then *POOF*! Only the mechanical altimeter, artificial horizon and airspeed indicator work. Does anybody have a clue? I sure don't. I have since removed FSNav but the gauges still disappear. I can't get things back to the wa they were this morning. If anyone has any ideas, I would certainly appreciate them! Thanks.Spotter
July 7, 200223 yr Sounds like it could be an electrical problem. Might be the battery running down?? Check battery ON and generator(s) ON.Here's a pic of lear panel with the battery and generators OFF: http://home.attbi.com/~jrogers2/lear1.jpg And hears a pic after turning on the battery: http://home.attbi.com/~jrogers2/lear2.jpg If generators are not ON, the battery might be running down john(KEWB)
