Not sure about your 1st question, but I do know for the 2nd question. When your flaps are retracted, the plane thinks you are taxing, so it won't let you thrust over about 40% N1 or so. The disagree message comes up when you have an ILS frequency tuned in, but a VOR/NAV mode selected. ........and Vice Versa. ILS frequency, select ILS mode. VOR frequency select VOR mode. I'm talking about the display select knob where you can select MAP, PLAN, etc.

Taxi at around 25-27% and no horn.Regards,
