July 20, 200421 yr I just would like to express my gratitude to PMDG for the excellent service they've given over the past week.I reinstalled my pc, and of course backed up all PMDG stuff except for the ....... 1.3 version of the 737NG.It took just 1 mail, which was answered within a couple of hours and I received a new download link.I am sure there are quite a few software manufacturers out there which don't even come close when it comes to 'aftersales'Anyways, thank you again!Henk Biesheuvel
