How do I X, Y, Z etc etc

I have recently seen a number of posts about take off procedures, TOGA, capturing the ILS etc. The post that prompted this was relating to the aircraft not keeping to 250kts below 10,0000.Well as it happens there is a useful document on the Bill Bulfer FMC Guide site that answers some of these questions.
