Hi guys, Not posted here in a long time, been busy etc and not had any flight time at all really untill now.Ok the problem:- i have latest 408 airac files for pmdg and running in fsbuild 2.x.Ok i created a route from LEMG > EGKK and made sure i had it to compile to fs2004 and PMDG . It compiled and saved the fpl file to fs9 and the .rte file to pmdg relevent folder. Now im in the Bird and all systems up and running, now for the FMC plan. while goint to the REF NAV DATA screeen and chooseing FLT PLNS> i see my route there saved as by FSbuild LEMGEGKK. When i click on the LSk1 and it shows the route pop up in the scratchpad on the FMC there is no EXEC light to enable me to accept the plan :(Is there something i have forgotten from being away so long? beats me ive been trying all sorts for the last 4 hrs lol .. Failing no one can help me maybe someone could send a .rte file for the same plan above that works for them and then i can drop it in my pmdg folder and see if it still dont let me execute the plan. email: - [email protected] in advance..

OMG im such a divy lol .. i can understand that a bit now, but i swear last time i was doing this u didnt have to co-route it? whats the reasoning behind this? No need to go to indepth, but a simple prod in the right direction of why its done this way will suffice..Thanks alot for taking your time to reply Kjell..

You may be right about the co-route stuff, don`t load my plans that way normally. I just enter it directly into the scratchpad from memory and then co-route.Could be you just skipped the ACTIVATE?No probs about taking time, this is my time of the afternoon when I browse a lot of forums (and add my 2 cents worth if I can)Cheers,Kjell.

ah i see well i dont know routes by memory for just entering them straight into the FMC etc.. im just using FSbuild to create the route and then export it to the FMC using the latest airac and sid files.Just flying the route now.. all is well it seems - even though ive got the exported fs9 flightplan running as well so the atc dont do anything too stupid, they still are a bit odd with the flight levels, they seem to want to do theyre own thing all the time even though my FMC plan and the fs9 plan both have the same flight level info.. Im having to fly with Lnav which is fine as it follows the route but seems i goto alter the flight level per waypoint manually with a level change and ATC altitude change requests.Cheers,
