September 6, 200421 yr At the bottom of this site: http://www.b737.org.uk/737links.htm , there is a link to a 'complete set of 737 manuals - warning 31MB!' The link is this: http://www.erjamon.no-ip.org/Downloads/Boe...ight_manual.zipAnyone here managed to download this file? I tried it a few times but the connection is VERY slow (my best try took me about 3 hours while I usually donwload 31 Mb in really no time at all) and I just can't get it complete... It halts at about 32 Mb everytime and I'm left with a corrupted zip...If anyone else has it, can you share it with me? Is it worth it?
September 6, 200421 yr Hey,I'm downloading now at a blistering 8.3kbps (mmm, reminds me of 28.8 and 56K modem days).I'll let you know the result in about an hour.David
September 6, 200421 yr Hey,Download complete, no problems. The file is the COA Flight manual. The whole damn thing bar, and I quote:" with exception of Section 4 -MEL "Minimum Equipment List" which has no "Flight Simulator" significance "I already had it from a different site although this new one is a revision higher than the one I previously had. Unfortunatly the revision pages were left out so I'm not sure what has changed in it.David
September 7, 200421 yr Lucky you... I still haven't got it.. And now the site seems to be completely gone! :'( Do you rememeber where you got that older revision from? Is it worth all this trouble?
September 7, 200421 yr Hey Jeroen,The site seems to be really low capacity, it took me a long time to get the site up (just wanted to see what it was). The other site had taken the manual offline so I got it through another member of the forum. As for is it worth the trouble - I like it 'cause it is an AOM and I can read up on pretty much anything in the aircraft. I'll try and find that guy who helped me out with it before - he put it up on his site for members to download it.CheersDavid
September 7, 200421 yr Hey Jeroen,[a href=http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=136&topic_id=42152&mesg_id=42152&listing_type=search]This[/a] is the thread that I was talking about. You should try e-mailing Mark (username Murkles) about this, he might still have it on his server. It's pretty outdated now but still pretty good.Hope it helps,David
