I feel dumber than a stump, but I can not for the life of me figure out what the meanings are of the Fuel on the FMC Progress Page. It has readings like 10.1 , 9.7 etc. What does that mean, Gallons by hundred, pounds etc.

It`s thousands of whichever weight setting you use. So 10.1 is either 10100 kilos or pounds.On the progress page it will tell you the fuel weight you had at the last point on the route you passed, estimated fuel weight at the next point and estimated fuel weight at destination.Cheers,Kjell.
