Hey, just purchased the great 737 NG package. I followed the tutorial flight between DEN and LAX with some problems but im slowly learning. One problem i had was that the LNAV and (the other other one i cant remember the name of) disengaged. A button lighted up saying FMC first or something similar, any idea why this was happening? Also are there any other tutorials taking you step by step through the FMC? One final question is can you import FS flight plans into the FMC, if so how.Thanks for your help :-newbie

Hi,When the FMC light illuminates, that means there's a message for you on the FMC screen, so you have to pull up the FMC to read it...usually this will be telling you to reset MCP altitude or some other advisory like that. I would suggest thoroughly reading the manuals that came with the package, then try Timothy Metzinger's tutorial available in the AVSIM library...Good luck,Marc
