When i am on the FMC 'RTE' Screen i type the IACO code of the airport i am departing from (in this case EGLL - (Heathrow)) and click the LSK 1L button (to input this airport into 'origin' and after a few seconds it says 'Not in Database' on the scratchpad. I have all the correct SIDSTARS etc; and this happens on any airport i try to set as origin. Help please :(__ Alex Hnapikos

Dowanlod and install the latest AIRAC cycle. Maybe you're missing the airports.dat file.http://www.navadata.at

I am downloading the cycle now - if it works i thank you gratefully - if it doesn't i will just thank you. :(

Alex,Make sure you sign ALL your posts. IF you install the files in the proper place, it will work. Make sure that you have them installed correctly. There are several posts on the forum on how to do this.
