Yesterday I was doing a FS multi-player session through the internet with my cousin. I was with the 900 and he with the 700. For some what reason, when taxing, other engine number 1 was accelerating and decelerating. However, when toga is activted, both engines work. Just when the throttle is managed manually does engine number 1 accelerate and decelerate only. Any explanation to this?ThanksIvor

This usually happens when you press E + a number (say E + 1).Then you select that number engine only, and manual throttles (joystick) only work on the selected engine.To reselect them all, you can do E+1+2 or there is a shortcut in the commands list i do not remember.

Sometimes if you hit just the E key, it will do the same. Gets rather annoying.

I wanted to add that this can easily be remedied by deleting the key combination from inside fs9 menu. I use to have this also, but quickly delted the associated key. :)
