October 27, 200421 yr Hi Johan,The answer is disappointing. You can't! The author, Tim Metzinger, withdrew the tutorial from circulation due to potential copyright problems(Jeppesen charts). The good news is that Tim is currently preparing a new edition of the tutorial(using NAA charts). Keep an eye out for further info on this forum.BR,Frank
October 27, 200421 yr ermm couldnt he just ask one of us who already has it ?I mean that tutorial was absolutley a must for me learning this beast properly.. otherwise if its ur first time with the FMC on the 737 its daunting..cheers,James.W.
October 27, 200421 yr Hi James,That was my public response, but I subsequently emailed Johan, offering to send him the tutorial. I just wasn't sure whether it might be potentially embarassing to Tim if it became obvious the tutorial was in circulation via the forums, thus effectively circumventing the reason it was removed in the first place?Best Regards,Frank

October 27, 200421 yr Sounds good to me tim..Thats why i didnt say "Ill send it to you" :) i just thought id say isnt it possible sort of question that one of us could if it was ok etc...imho : - its a loss to the community that the version 2 has been removed :( because its just a spot on all the way tutorial from you. Look forward to the new one when its around..Cheers,James.W.
October 28, 200421 yr Thanks, Tim.I'm afraid my conscience has sometimes been known to be elastic enough to fit a 737 in it, but this time I endeavored to get it to rise to the occasion. :-)Eveyone's looking forward to the 3rd edition, I'm sure!BR,Frank
