HiI got the PMDG 737 600/700 base pack on CD a month or so ago (latest version)and was so impressed I decided to get a new PC to run it well. Since getting the new machine however I cannot get it to run well.PC (basically)3.2Ghz XP CPU 400MHz FSB, 1 GB DDR 400 RAM, WIN XP home SP2, Gigabyte Mobo with nvidia force2 chipset, 80 S-ATA 7200 rpm drive, Nvidia FX5900XT 128Mb AGP(driver6693)- ok so the PC is up to the job.Have several fans and so cooling problems are very unlikely.Have MS FS2K2 pro (FSUIPC 2974)and FS9.1 (FSUPIC 3411) with no CD patchBoth sims run very well as you would expect from this system spec, apart from the PMDG which will locks up or takes ages to load, switch views or panels.I have de-draged the drive (which hasnt helped) only thing I am not sure about is that the pagefile has ended up at the end of the drive, maybe a full new installation could fix this, but I am not sure that this is that significant.Any help very much appreciatedSteve

Hi Steve,I had the same problem as you have now, the thing that's causing the PMDG to run so slow is you Nvidia driver. You've installed version 6693, I had that one to, and I had the same problem. Just install driver 5672, and your problems are solved. You can download that driver here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.htmlLet me now if this solves your problem!!Michael Henke
