Tip of the Day - Flight-deck Night Lighting

Not happy with the night cockpit lighting in your DC-3?Using notepad, add this:Day=255,255,255Night=100,75,0Luminous=200,200,100to the bottom of the text in your panel.cfg file.It will remove that bright overhead lighting look and reduce the panel to a soft instrument lighted glow. Much easier on the eyes when night flying.I haven't tried this with any other aircraft so in that regard, you're on your own. Easily removed though if it doesn't work out.Of course, those numbers can be tinkered with to get different desired results.Cheers!Heather
