Strobe lighting

Recommended Posts

HiFirstly I am new on this forum and to FS2K2. I am running a high-end machine, and have noticed that the strobe lighting for runways at night seem rather square and foggy. Is there a patch out there to fix this?Steve

There are plenty of settings to play with on a high end machine, although you don't state any specifics. For instance, the graphics of the aircraft's paint lines can vary from blurred to super crisp, which is what I noticed when setting up my newer equipment (seven months ago). My strobe lighting is not square & foggy . Try video card graphic settings such as "best performance" versus "best graphics". For many cards, other 3rd party settings are also avialable. I'm still using NVmax for the Geforce to get additional settings.L.AdamsonAthlon 1900XPGeforce3Ti500512DDRram22" monitor 1600*1200*32 res.

Hmmm I have messed with the settings yet I still get those square lights at the runway, very unrealistick. I use an ATi Radeon 8500 ABP card with 128 MB DDR, 275MHzSteve
