At the moment i am flying 737-800,i find it annoying when starting up engines i can hardly hear them spooling up and it applies when they have reached standard rpm is there a cure for this.............regards robin:(

RobinThis is relaistic, the engines are considerably further away from the cockpit that the 6/700 series and so you don't hear them very much. I have to say I hadn't noticed this but in all 737's the engine noise is fairly low, plus I use a noise cancelling headset at work so I can't hear anything outside my own station box selections. The only suggestion I would have is that you turn up your speakers... not terribly constructive I know!Hope that helpsKris
