Help a newbie. Starting 1900c from cold and dark?

HelloI can't seem to find out how to start the 1900c from a cold and dark situation. There doesn't seem to be any APU or any way to give her power. Can anybody direct me to a checklist or just explain it so I can fly? I turn on the battery but can't figure out what to do next. thanks!

Engine start-up is very simple:1) Master battery - on2) fuel cutoff lever #1 - fully open 3) starter switch #1 - hold down (or up, can't remember) until ignition.4) repeat steps 2 and 3 for engine #2Edit: Don't forget to turn on the avionics. Starter switches and avionics are located next to the master battery switch down to the left of the yoke. /sebastian
