July 28, 200520 yr I am trying to repaint the 737-600/700/800 and am having some confusions about the paintkit. First of all the fuse, its hard to tell where the plane kinda ends because its a plane side forced into a rectangle....Does anyone have tutorials for repainting the 737?Thanks
July 29, 200520 yr What do you mean? I don't understand your doubt. The fuselage texture "wraps" around the model. So you'd paint leaving a small margin on top and bottom so your paint doesn't get distorted. For example:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/123471.jpg...becomes:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/123472.jpgThe full-fuse template is the 2 sections joined together. You can "cut" it by pasting your flattened paint as a new layer, reducing the opacity, and aligning exits and other visual cues. If done correctly, it should display correctly.Does that explain it? July 29, 200520 yr 'cause I am missing some great liveries for the 737 I would love to see a step by step tutorial espacially for repainting the PMDG-737, too.I am not much into Paintshop pro or Photoshop, so it is very confusing what to do even with the repaint tutorials available on the net.It would be very kind (now that everyone is excited about the 747s please don't forget the 737s as we get to see many previews of liveries to come but never the downloads).greetingsxaver
