This T-38 is great, but I must have a sound file cross-linked with Train Simulator. While sitting still, engine off or on, wind or no wind, I hear a rolling nose wheel that sounds just like cruising along on the rails in Train Simulator.Anyone else have this happening and know how to silence it while idle on the ramp?Again, my compliments to the FSD team. There's a fix! on the way!A temporary fix from Steve Small:From my Avsim post "FSD T38 sound glitch - cause and resolution"An error in a scrape point got into the final build. This error induces sound anomalies when on the ground.As an interim fix, please edit the aircraft.cfg file : under SCRAPE POINTS ... please remove BOTH lines for point.7 and point.8.Then, please replace point.7's line with this :point.7=2.0, -18.00, 0.00, 9.50, 1250.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 9.0, 0.0, 0.0 I was trying to be a little too clever and I induced a glitch that nobody picked up before release. All staff and beta testers will be taken directly out back behind the dunny, and flogged.Also ... somewhere during late production all the entries for the FFB controller were removed. Users with these controllers can just add as an interim the (forcefeedback) records from the Learjet, complete.An installer-update that fixes all the above - and the disappearance of the airbrake warning lamp in the VC - will be posted very shortly.
