problem with altitude in FMC

hello,sorry for my english it is not very good.I've got a problem when i'm with 747 upgraded with the latest version. In the FMC when i put the cruise altitude for exemple FL310 the "execute" light doesn't come!!! when i go back to the legs page the altitude goes up to FL410. I don't know what to do. I can change the altitude in the init page but it doesn't change anything, it goes always up to FL410Thanks for your help
