Thanks Tim Metzinger and a question.

Tim,No this isn't about your tutorial, although I did enjoy it very much, however it concerns the Nostromo keypad article ( http://www.metzair.com/download/ExternalControls.pdf ) that you produced. I read it (Poor mans MCP) and decided to buy one ( http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/in...oduct_uid=75634 ).It looked good (and cheap), and when I mentioned it on the alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim newsgroup it generated a few purchases.Anyway my question. This thing is good for providing a physical interface to buttons on the MCP amongst other things. I can now press one button to engage the autothrottle or increase heading amongst 104 other things. This is great, however during my dabbling this afternoon I have used the device with its in built macro facility to do this rather than FSUIPC as described in your article. Am I missing something and about to hit a problem or should this work?I would appreciate your thoughts before I spend too much time programming it using the macro facility.
