Hi all,On average for say a 1hr 30min flight would they take as extra in flying terms??I used FSB last night to plan from EGCC-EDDF - which is about 1hr 30mins.The fuel it worked out for me gave me enough flying time for 3hrs?? Is that way to much or??ThanksMark

That's not too much.45 minute general reserve fuel10 - 15 minute taxi fuelalternate fuel10 - 20 min hold fuelwind correction fuelI will always bring at LEAST 1 hour's worth of extra fuel on top of the trip fuel after wind forecast fuel correction.
