How to Repaint?

I'm new to this kinda thing... Can someone that is kind enough point me in the right direction?I downloaded the Template, But I dont know how to convert the textures into DXT3. The repaint I wanna do, or have someone do is really simple, and wouldn't take long at all. It's a old Air Canada 744 retired aircraft without any distinctive makes other then the registration. I wanna use it for presonal use, and fly it from race track to race track this year on the 2006 Nascar Nextel Cup Series.Thanks,Shawn StittIf anyone cares to take a crack at it, that would be great!as seen on Airliners.nethttp://photos.airliners.net/photos/photos/8/0/5/0724508.jpg
