"System Performance"

Featured Replies

I just got a new P4 2.2 GHz system and I am trying to tweek it out to run FS2002. Several weeks ago in one of the forums, I seem to remember coming across a test program that runs multiple video clips which tests your entire system. It has a dragon flying over a village as one of the tests. I am not sure but I think it also will give you the description of "All" components inside your pc like the size, speed and type of memory as well as what kind of hard drive, mother board, and processor you have.ThanksTerry

Hi Terry,The most used benchmark for videocards is 3dMark2001SE. You can get this at www.madonion.com. It is for free. That is the one with the video of the dragonfly over the village. Then for harddrive performance, memory, processor speed, AGP,system information etc. www.sisoft.com. They have a program called Sandra that can bench almost any component of your rig. There is a light version for free that covers almost anything you might wanna know.Hope I could help you.Alex

Thanks AlexTerry

Maybe I'm overlooking it but I can't find anything calledSandra on that site. Do you have a URL for it?Thanks
