... no, not a complaint, but rather an acknowledgement of the excellent support provided by PMDG.Recently I got involved in a series of problems which completely spoiled an otherwise perfect use of the Queen, and other products I previously bought.Desperately I sent a few messages to support@precisionmanuals.com and I have to express here my gratitude for their always prompt, helpful and perfect support.Thank you PMDG - keep the good work. Your services are well up to the level of your products, and regretably that is not allways true in the software market.A satisfied customer ,
