A possible suggestion to PMDG regarding the release of ...

Hi guys--I won't spend a paragraph praising your products. I think it is clear you're stuff is outstanding.I just had a small suggestion, and perhaps that has been already considered by you... If I recall correctly, when the QOTS was released initially, the ordering server was having trouble handling the load, and there was a number of issues with the system beyond your control. Would you think that taking pre-orders for the F (considering the immense amount of interest) would be something that would lift the load in the first days of the release? Say, take orders, charge the customers, and when the release goes hot, e-mail the link for the download with the validation code, etc. You have to think also, that the load would be somewhat greater, considering that some people are waiting for the release of the F before buying the QOTS. Again, I am sure this idea was flushed out before during staff discussions, but I thought I'd throw it out there just in case...
