How do you open the doors and thus te=he stairs on the 737-700. Also for the 747-400, which key opens the doors? thanks for your help

I have the same problems Modified the key assignement to show the staires on the 737 NG but don't see any stairs. and on the 747 the SHFT + E don't open any door....Any one can help.?Ing.
