Hi Wilson,Try the option "save" when starting downloading the file to saved the file on your HD, it works with me.Fred

That was one of the ways I tried to get it.In fact, I tried four times. 72X4=288 250MB is my limit on my satellite ISP service per day. So, now I can't even touch it.
