I can not validate to reinstall the 747

I have had problems installing v1.10 and because of this, I have had to remove and reinstall PMDG about thirty times. On the thirty first time, it denied it, locked me out from reinstalling it. Now I don't have the aircraft. I have tried to contact Precision manuals at (support@precisionmanuals.com), That web site does not work, will not display. I am so lost...please help
